His voice is what is gonna win him American Idol, not his sexual preference. He's an amazing talent. He can rock the sox off of any song he sings and blow us out of the water.
That has absolutely nothing to do with his talent. Anyway, it's nice for gays/bi-kids to have a role model like him.

I just hope he's going to be Open about it from the Get-go, and not hide in the "closet" for half his career like Clay Aiken, Lass Bass, George Micheal, Elton John, and MANY other Idol Contestants. There's are not enough Gay Popstars out there, and gay teens need a an "Out of the Closet" remodel to show them that they can be whatever they want, without having to hide their sexuality.
i don't think he ever denied being gay. if he was hiding it he wouldn't be wearing makeup & nailpolish.

From the first time I heard him sing on Idol I told my husband the young man with the eye liner can rock. Why would you judge a young man on his private personal decisions that he himself must walk and live. The young man rocks and I do not care about his bedroom decisions nor should you.

I think he's wonderful. Beautiful. Talented. Has he openly said he's a homosexual? Why would wearing nail polish and make up say he is a homosexual? He is a performer at heart. He's a great performer and deserves to do what he does well no matter what! I think I'd like him because he seems like a very nice, outgoing guy.

Adam can sing, I guess we can all agree with that. And he's pretty. Now, If he could just keep his tongue in his mouth when he sings the loud notes. It looks like a slab of liver hanging there. It's so distracting. How could you buy a visual CD when he looks like that? eewweee! Watch him in the "Ten Commandments" on youtube. By the end of the song it's really gross!
