David Archuleta and Mandisa Give Their Opinions

Former Idol contestant, David Archuleta, posted this on his blog: "I am really impressed with the people they have this season. Some of the performances that stood out to me were Adam Lambert’s and Danny Gokey’s performances." ... "I agreed with Simon on what he said about Adam’s song. Even though people think he can be a little over the top, he needed that to pull off Black or White. I think he did awesome, and definitely grabbed everyone’s attention. That’s what you need to do, and that’s what he did.."

Another former Idol contestant that has given her opinion of this season is season 5's Mandisa. She has stated in interviews that Danny Gokey is the "clear favorite" and that she is rooting for him to win.
