This guy just posted a video of this chick outside the American Idol concert in Kansas City tonight... Some people disgust me!

Men's Fashion Deals Feature (Vote for Adam!)
Chad from this website just sent me this e-mail:
"Hello!
I just wanted to let you know that Adam Lambert is in the running as the most fashionable male American Idol. He is up against Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken, David Archuleta, David Cook, Kris Allen, and Ryan Seacrest. The winner of the poll will have a series of large fashion spreads on a men's fashion website and the results will be released to the media through a press release. Just thought your readers would be interested in voting for him!
The poll is at being held at the Men's Fashion Deals website - an established men's fashion blog.
Hope this news helps!

I'm sure we would all love to see more photo features on Adam!! Here's what Chad's website says: "American Idol has become a phenomenon of American pop culture. Some of the biggest stars on the music scene today had their starts on the show. American Idol has seen its share of fashion statements over the years as. It is customary for contestants to undergo a complete makeover during the course of the show. As much as we have loved some of the women's fashion on American Idol, today we're taking a poll to find out what male American Idol has the best fashion sense. From clean cut, to rocker, to just plain eclectic, we have seen a little bit of everything in American Idol Fashion. The winner of the poll will have a number of features on Men's Fashion Deals and bragging rights, of course."
Go here to vote in the poll!!

Not only was Adam Lambert the clear crowd favorite, he was easily the night’s most substantial artist. He isn’t merely good by the often dubious standards of “American Idol.” Lambert’s imaginative interpretations of unlikely material were brilliant. His powerful voice seemed to shake the rafters during Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.” He also deftly covered songs by Muse, Tears for Fears and David Bowie."

Fan Review from Long Island (Second Night)
The American Idols Live Tour was a very exciting, and thrilling experience for me. It was the best day and night of my life, and I enjoyed every second of it. We traveled to Long Island, NY on August 12th to see the show. When we first got there, we walked around New York city for a bit, and we had delicious pizza. We also went to this really cool record store, and we went to a bunch of clothing stores that had some of the coolest clothes I've ever seen. We also checked out beautiful jewelry as well, and I wanted to buy it all, haha. We spent about three hours touring around New York City, and then we went to go to Long Island, NY. We arrived at about 4:00PM, and we went to the Coliseum as soon as we got there. We got autographs from the Idols, and afterwards we went inside the Coliseum, and it was beautiful! We also had dinner in there, and we just hung out until it was time for the show. We got our seats at about 6:00PM, and as soon as I walked into the stage room, I loved it. I loved all the commercials they had on the tv. As soon as they showed Adam, I was screaming my head off! He is the hottest person ever, and everyone was screaming when they showed him. What a hottie! He's sooo attractive!! It was one of the most amazing places I've ever been too. I took tons of pictures, and videos as well. At 7:00PM, the show started, and all the lights went off, and I kept screaming. I just couldn't wait for the hottness- Adam Lambert to hit the stage! First to start off was Michael Sarver singing "I'm in Love with A Girl," and "Closer." He did a superb jobs with both songs, and it was a great way to start off the show. Next up was Megan Joy singing "Put Your Records On," and "Tears Dry on Their Own." Megan looked so pretty with all the pink, haha, and she sang excellent. After, it was Scott MacIntyre singing "Bend and Break," and "A Thousand Miles." "A Thousand Miles" is one of my favorite songs, and Scott did a great job singing it. I loved hearing one of my favorite songs being sung by Scott. He did outstandin g. Next was Lil Rounds singing "Be Without You/Just Fine," "No One," and "Single Ladies." I loved Lil's version of "Single Ladies", and she danced great. She has great vocals, and it showed in her performance. After Lil, came Anoop Desai singing "Always on My Mind," "Mad," and "My Preogative." I think Anoop's version of "My Preogative" is amazing, and whenever I hear that song, I think "Oh! That's Anoop's song!" haha. Anoop Dog is the bomb. Next, came Matt Giraud singing "Hard to Handle," "Georgia on My Mind," and "You Found Me." In my opinion, Matt should of gotten way further on American Idol. He is super talented, and he is definitely one of my favorites. Then the production numberd started feauturing Megan, Lil, Scott, Matt, Michael, and Anoop. "Can't take my Eyes off You" was performed by Megan and Lil. "Tell her About It" was performed by Scott and Matt. "Suspicious Minds" was performed by Michael, and "Beggin" was performed by Anoop, Matt, Scott, Michael, Lil, and Megan. The production number was wonderful! Then there was a 20 minute intermission, and we didn't even get up. Everytime I saw Adam on one of the commercials, I started screaming. He is so sexy, and all I cared about was Adam that night. He completes me, haha. So when 20 minutes was up, it was time for Allison Iraheta singing "So What," "Cry Baby," and "Barracuda." She is an awesome rocker, and she looked so pretty. She sang amazing, and what a voice she has. One of my favorites! After Allison came Danny Gokey singing "PYT", "Maria Maria," "What Hurts the Most," and "My Wish." He really made the audience get up, and dance, and he really showed a ot of energy in his performance. He was absolutely great. I loved him! Next came, ADAM LAMBERT- hottest, sexiest, cutest, most-talented, most adorable, most attractive, most stunning, and the star of the show. He's the best thing that ever happend to me, and he sang "Whole Lotta Love," "Starlight," "Mad World," "Slow Ride," and "Life of Mars/ Fame/ Let's Dance." He was so sexy! Those dance moves..I'm sp eechless. He made me scream through his whole set, and what a range he has. I love him, adore him, and cherish him. He heard me screaming because I was so loud, and he waved at me, smiled, and looked at me. I flipped out. I was soo happy. Those gorgeous eyes of his, and that sexy body. Mmmm. He's stunning, and he was the best of the night! I love you Adam forever. I promise! :). Next was Kris Allen topping it off with "Heartless," "All these Things that I've Done," "Ain't No Sunshine," "Bright Lights," and "Hey Jude." He was outstanding as well, and I loved everything he sang. He pickd some really good songs, and I especially loved when he sang "Heartless." That was awesome, and Kris rocks! Gotta love him! :). Last was all the Idols together singing "Don't Stop Believin." I enjoyed that, and everyone sang that great. Adam looked so sexy in that jacket. This was the best concert I've ever been too, and that night will always be remembered. I didn't want to leave the Coliseum. It was definitely the highlight of my summer, and I loved every second of August 12th. What a show! I would go to them all if I could, and I wish I could tour along with Adam. That would be a blast! Good luck to the Idols to all the other shows. You all made mine superb, haha:).
Thanks @MLubsAdamL4ev for the GREAT review!!

Elle Magazine Kradison Feature Update!
**New** Album Details from People.Com!
He’s in the midst of the hectic Idols Live tour, dodging “provocative items” tossed on stage by hysterical fans, but Adam Lambert has been hard at work on his debut album, which he says is well underway.
“We did a lot of work on it right before the tour started. I wrote a lot with various producers and writers and recorded a handful of songs,” he told PEOPLE on a call during a stop in Columbus, Ohio. “We’ve been doing a lot of work on it during the tour as well … We’re still gathering material and we’re scheduling more recording sessions for when it’s over, so we’re about halfway done.”
Lambert, who’s already done a photo shoot for the album, promises it will be “quite eclectic.”
“There are songs on there that are anthems; there are song that make you want to dance; there are songs that make you feel sexy; there are songs that touch you, hopefully, with more emotional, insightful, deeper lyrics,” he says. “There are songs that are more in the line with a rock sound. There are some that are really pop-oriented.”
There’s something for everyone, according to Idol’s reigning runner-up, which “I’m really proud of,” he says. “I can’t wait to see people’s reaction. It’s just going to be fun.”
Something else to be proud of: His recent partnership with DonorsChoose.org, an online charity effort aimed at getting high-need public school classrooms the resources and supplies they need.
After the Idol finale, “I started getting gifts like crazy and people really starting to spend a lot of money on things for me,” Lambert says. “I don’t need them to spend money on me. I’d rather they spend money on people in need, so I thought I would redirect that energy.”
At DonorsChoose.org, teachers post exactly what students need for specific educational projects and donors can choose the projects they want to support.
“It seemed like such a convenient and really well thought-out way to help kids out in public schools, especially the kids in the arts programs, which is where I’m focusing my efforts,” says Lambert, whose fan groups are in competition with each other to raise the most money at DonorsChoose.org/adamlambert.
“They get really competitive with each other,” he says of the fans, who’ve raised more than $57,000 so far. “I’m glad that we gave them something to fight over.”
That way, maybe they’ll ease up on throwing those “provocative items.”
“I know that the people that are throwing it up on the stage are getting as much a kick out of it as I am,” he says. “It makes me laugh. When they actually throw it at me, though, that’s a little scary.” –Aaron Parsley

Kradison Answers Fan Q's For MyIdol (AI.com)
Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, and Allison Iraheta answer some fans' questions about the tour..
Examiner.Com Interview (New!!)
(from Kim!)
Is Adam Lambert a musical genius? His fans, whom often compare the singer to the likes of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, certainly think so. Perhaps the question will be best answered this fall after the release of his debut album, but until then we can certainly deduce from the American Idols Live Tour 2009 that Lambert is a gifted musician and a brilliant performer. After sitting down and interviewing Adam Lambert I also learned that he is one clever bloke.
Dressed casually in jeans and a newly acquired t-shirt the singer, with turquoise infused raven hair and flawless guyliner, answered each question with candor and enthusiasm. Ignore the diva rumors, Lambert was just a straightforward, cheerful, down-to-earth guy. He showed the highest degree of respect for his fans.
When asked about his most memorable fan encounter, he grinned and said, "I can't pick just one, a handful were exciting, strange, amazing, touching, memorable." He later added, "I love it when older women come up to me and say 'you make me feel young again' because it shows how powerful music is."
As far as gifts go, Lambert said one stood out, "there was one time I received a 4 foot inflatable kangaroo from a fan. She came from Australia." I told him that was sweet and asked if it was from a little kid and he laughed and said, "yes but that doesn't stop others!" (NOTE: this interview took place before the Velocity Live Radio interview)
Lambert recently requested that fans donate to charity rather than buy him gifts. His campaign to support public education started only one week ago but has received over $52,000 in donations from fans.
Lambert said his fans are "not demographic specific." He has found that his "range of fans has little to do with age and geographic location." He was pleasantly surprised to find that the south, home to Kris Allen, gave him a warm welcome on the tour and that his home state of California equally embraced Kris Allen. "We receive a warm welcome from fans wherever we go, that's the beauty of the show and this tour."
Even though Adam Lambert lost to Kris Allen on this season of American Idol, he brought up Allen twice during the interview. It may be a small gesture but it showed that there is no resentment on Lambert's part. He said both he and Allen have similar deals with 19 & RCA and their albums will come out in November. "I'm excited! There's a lot to be done. I put a dent in it right before the tour and I am actually co-writing some material." He said the album will be "pop which isn't about one genre."
He admitted that he was apprehensive about the process. "I was worried that I would be locked in to a bad deal based on what I've read in the past and the stigma with 19. But my experience has been very different than what I have read. They [19] really do facilitate what we [Allen and Lambert] want to do. We have control over the material."
Before the show in DC, the Idols had a day off to explore the city. While the other Idols played tourist Lambert made a surreptitious trip to the Ritz Carlton camouflaged by a "trucker hat and dark glasses" for a facial and massage. He then ventured west on M Street in to Georgetown to buy clothes and hair products. When he mentioned taking a cab there I was a bit worried for him but he said the cab driver was great.
So what did he think of his first trip to our Federal City? "It is just beautiful here! It is the cleanest city I've been to."
His final thoughts, "get ready for November!"
.....man. He was hanging out in Georgetown! I could've ran into him somewhere! I am slightly saddened. *Sniff*

DonorsChoose.org **ADAM LAMBERT'S CHARITY**
I feel like this deserves its own post. Most of you already know about this project but just in case you don't, here's an email I just received:
Envision an art class in a public school that doesn’t have enough paint sets and brushes to go around – how can its students learn and be creative without the materials they need? Consider a music class in a high-poverty middle school where the students don’t have an instruments – and the school has no budget to buy them. These, and many others, are the stories of hundreds of thousands of students and teachers in public schools across the country.
Adam Lambert has launched a huge challenge to support public school classroom across the country with online education charity DonorsChoose.org. He’s asking his fans to donate directly to individual classroom projects – primarily focused in arts, music and drama – posted by public school teachers at DonorsChoose.org. Adam’s online fan groups are competing to raise the most money, with the winning group receiving great prizes from Adam. You can see the challenge progress here: www.donorschoose.org/adamlambert . Already, almost 600 fans have raised over $36,000 in just a couple of days.
Adam has created a video about the challenge, which you can see here:
Also included in the email was a copy of this press release.
SO BASICALLY.... If you can, go donate!!!!

Detroit News: "Lambert effortlessly oozed sex appeal, swagger and rock star quality, and gleefully smashed the boundaries of what is expected from contestants on the teeny bopper show. It will be interesting to see what effect, if any, his run on "Idol" does for future seasons of the show, but don't be surprised if the answer is none. An Adam Lambert only comes around once every so often, and it will be thrilling to see what he does from this point."

Fan Review From Pittsburgh
Adam was absolutely amazing in Pittsburgh. Everybody went wild when Adam took the stage. Of course the other Idols were getting some attention, but nothing like what Adam got. Michael, Megan, Scott, Lil, Anoop, Matt, Allison, and Danny of course got applause and screams. But when Adam came on, it was so much better. Not one person was sitting down and everybody around me was screaming at the top of their lungs for him. There was even a seven year old little girl sitting next to us and she was also a huge Adam fam. I think it's great that people that young to people who are probably grandparents love him. When he stepped on the stage, everyone just went wild. Starlite was my favorite song of the night but when he took his jacket off during Fame and started with his sexy dance moves, it blew everyone away. I was surprised that I had a voice on Sunday after almost passing out screaming because I was so excited to see him. Plus, when Adam and Allison did Slow Ride, it was amazing! They were the best duet all night. Adam also got some presents on stage when noone else did. He got quite a few pairs of panties and you could see him smiling. He loved it : ) This show was amazing. Hands down, it was the best concert I have ever been to and I absolutely cannot, I mean CANNOT wait for him to tour for his solo album that is to be relased in November and come back to Pittsburgh. I can guarantee that I will be at every show he does in this great city!

Columbus Dispatch: "Watching Adam Lambert - the 27-year-old, now-openly-gay American Idol runner-up perform David Bowie's theatrical 1971 tune Life on Mars? to an arena packed with screaming tweens - it seemed peculiar that the eccentric glam-rocker didn't take home the gold in the singing competition's eighth season. "
Herald Dispatch: "Adam emerged through a mass of bright lights to do “Whole Lotta Love” (Led Zeppelin) and he completely embraced his role as a rock god. His stage presence is something I can’t even explain. You know how when people parody fashion photographers they always say, “Make love to the camera”? Well, it almost seemed like Adam was making love to cameras all over the arena and the crowd loved it. Adam then did “Starlight” (Muse) and he showed every rock god pose in his repertoire. He then took a seat for a gorgeous rendition of “Mad World,” which the crowd—and I—loved. Adam then welcomed Allison back to the stage to do “Slow Ride,” which was Allison’s best song of the night. They have a great chemistry and sound fantastic together. Adam had some fun with Allison by smacking her on the behind with one of the bras someone had thrown on stage (Yes, there were several underwear items thrown on the stage during Adam’s set.). Adam closed his set with a David Bowie medley of “Life On Mars”/“Fame”/“Let’s Dance.” During “Fame,” Adam removed his jacket and did some more suggestive dance moves. And the more risqué Adam got, the more the crowd loved it."

Danyl Johnson.. the next Adam Lambert?
I DID NOT WRITE THIS. LOL.... I FOUND IT HERE! This does not represent my opinion, so calm down ;]A star was born in Britain on Saturday night during the London auditions of the X-Factor, Britain's version of American Idol. His name is Danyl Johnson and he absolutely blew away the judges and audience with his riveting live-audition performance of the Joe Cocker version of "With a Little Help From My Friends." In fact, Danyl Johnson's performance - which was the last audition of the night - was so compelling and wildly entertaining that it put a huge Cheshire cat's grin on Simon Cowell's face. I urge you to take a look at Danyl Johnson's audition (click the link at the bottom of this article) and see for yourself how massively talented and charismatic he is.
And Danyl Johnson's performance of "With a Little Help From My Friends" not only put a huge grin on Simon's face, but it also drew him to his feet and inspired the nearly-impossible-to-please judge to say the following:
"OK Danyl, I've been doing this for how long? Eight or nine years? OK Danyl, that was single-handedly the best first audition I have ever heard."
That is high praise indeed from a man who is known for being caustic and hyper-critical. Love him or hate him, you have to admit that Simon Cowell has an eye and ear for talent. And I couldn't agree more with his tremendously enthusiastic assessment of 27-year-old schoolteacher Danyl Johnson.
Indeed, Danyl Johnson was born to perform. He has a smooth and soulful voice, cherubic looks, a winning personality and tremendous stage presence. He seems so at ease in front of a crowd and truly seems to be having a great time when he performs.
It is impossible not to resist drawing a comparison between Danyl Johnson and Adam Lambert. For the uninitiated, Adam Lambert is the fellow who single-handedly (if I can borrow a phrase from Simon Cowell) made the eighth season of American Idol worth watching.
Danyl Johnson and Adam Lambert are about the same age and they are both tremendously exciting performers. I would have to give Adam the edge vocally, but Danyl has just as much charisma and stage presence - if not more.
Adam Lambert is already on his way to becoming a huge star and I'm certain that Danyl Johnson will follow.
I can easily see Danyl Johnson's version of "With a Little Help From My Friends" becoming his signature piece, the song that his fans will beg him to sing in concert.
Indeed, a star was born in London last Saturday night and his name is Danyl Johnson.

Watch the audition on YouTube! it is quite amazing.

08.24.09 Updates
Hey everyone! Here's a quick (and brief) news update for ya since there's no concert tonight!
Interview with creepy? Adam Lambert look-a-like, Steve Hurst: "I’m happy to say, I’ve booked my first Adam gig for next month. I’m going to New Orleans to perform in an American Idol karaoke competition. The guests will be competing and critiqued by lookalike judges Randy, Paula, and Simon. It’s even hosted by a lookalike Ryan. The plan is for me to appear as Adam. Hopefully this will create a huge reaction if it goes the way I’m hoping and provide a thrilling experience for me." (I don't think this guy is that bad.. everyone says Adam is the next Elvis and we all know Elvis has tons of impersonators. haha.)
Adam tweeted about his friend, Cassidy Haley, several days ago.. and he is amazing. Check out the IDF fan thread for him here! and watch the following video if you think you can handle it ;]
Interview with Matt Bellamy of Muse:
Y! MUSIC: I just feel it. There's so much momentum with you guys right now, a lot of things aligning, like the Twilight soundtrack, the VMAs, Adam Lambert covering "Starlight" on the American Idol tour...are you aware of Adam's cover?
MATT: Yeah, I saw a clip of that on YouTube, and I thought it was a nice compliment, really. It's always nice when someone covers your music. It's one of the ultimate compliments as a writer and also as a band, that someone else would want to adopt one of your songs. It was cool, you know. An interesting version.
Make sure you donate to Adam Lambert's charity, if you are able to!
That's all for the moment! Will update this post with more if I find it, so be sure to refresh the page :]

Review from @AINow: "By this point in the concert my ears were ringing, my feet were starting to hurt from standing all day and my sunburn was really starting to burn, but Adam Lambert managed to take all of that negativity away by simply singing one note. I honestly cannot recall more than five words from Adam's first performance because his stage presence was just mind boggling. I have never seen anyone whose pure presence is so captivating that you literally stop thinking and just are one-hundred-percent focused on what's in front of you. Again I don't want to get into his individual performances because they were all truly outstanding. I do want to say though that I was blown away by how much of himself Adam puts out every night. I know Adam ditching the pre and post concert signings is a big deal to many people, but personally I couldn't care less because while I would love to meet him up close and personal (and believe me I would,) I cannot complain about someone who gives one million percent on stage. I can literally picture Adam walking off stage and passing out onto the ground because it feels like he puts every once of his heart and soul into his performances. He gives everything he can give and holds nothing back. He completely opens himself up and pours out all he can for the audience. And again I can find no fault with someone who does this. On one final note, I couldn't help but include the whispers (well actually screams) I heard from multiple people around me while Adam was performing. People were saying, "this kid is the next Michael Jackson." And while I feel no one can replace that legendary icon, I think Adam does have the talent and drive to be one of this nation's greatest performers of all time."

TheDartmouth.com: "The noise level inside the arena went through the roof when Gokey finished; immensely popular runner-up Adam Lambert was next. Lambert displayed his versatility with covers of artists ranging from Led Zeppelin to Gary Jules. If Gokey had given the concert the atmosphere of a religious revival, then it most definitely sounded like the Second Coming of Jesus during Lambert’s 15 minutes. His fierce voice and his honed ability to connect with the crowd justified all the hype."

2012 Soundtrack
People have been talking about Adam appearing on an upcoming movie soundtrack for awhile now... but we weren't sure which movie it would be until now!
Here's where it all began... VIA E! ONLINE:
"Leo: Adam, how are you working on the record on the road?
Adam: It's been double duty, and it's been rough. I recorded all day yesterday [Wednesday] in L.A. But that's a secret. It's not for my record, possibly for a soundtrack. That's all I can say."
A few days later, John Miceli said this on his blog (which has since been removed!): "I just finished a track with Adam Lambert and Rob Cavallo (producer) for the movie 2012. What a great tune and amazing vocals."
and now we finally have confirmation :]
VIA BRIAN MAY:
"And I was privileged to hear a track that the guys have finished for Adam Lambert ... a song for a forthcoming film, 2012. I have to say I was completely blown away ... it's truly sensational. In fact it's so obviously a number one smash, any bookie would be mad to take bets on it. I am not kidding. I'm not easily moved to jelly by male vocalists ... but Adam's voice reaches out with sensitivity, depth, maturity, and awesome range and power which will make jaws drop all around the world. Its an awesome performance. No doubt about it. The world of Rock has a bright new star."
wooo! I love the positivity :D
The song MIGHT even be playing during the closing credits!! (via): "Sometimes intriguing casting happens behind the scenes. For instance, getting chosen to sing a song in a film can be quite a coup. And we can tell you exclusively that Adam Lambert has signed such a deal. Roland Emmerich has produced and directed such blockbusters as Independence Day and Godzilla. His latest project, 2012, is due out Nov. 13 and is one of those star-studded end-of-the-world flicks—with a Mayan or two thrown in for good measure. Lambert just went into the studio to record a track for the flick—and Emmerich was impressed enough to consider using it for the closing credits. Bravo!"
2012 hits theaters on November 13.. look for the soundtrack to appear in stores sometime in October!
